|Recommended: NoAs a longtime resident I'm surprised Churchill Properties pulled a fast one on me I was told by 2 people in office I could get a special offered move and get a free months rent After I picked the apt and paid movers I was told by offsite manager that the special wasn't offered to reliable residents, only to those who have NEVER LIVED HERE. -- Can you get more shady

|Recommended: YesSo happy we moved here — While no apt complex is going to be perfect', I've found this complex to be exactly what I've been wanting for a long while now. While the buildings themselves are a little older, they are all in great shape far as I can tell and the maintenance team does a great job with the grounds. The neighbors and office staff are pleasant as well.

|Recommended: YesBest place to live. — Never had any complaints living here, really. Only disappointment is that rent renewal went up 10 which is the most I've ever seen it go up, but I am still deciding to stay because it is such a great place to live.

|Recommended: NoToo many issues — Too many things go wrong. Lots of the apartments need major overhauls. The laundry rooms function only half the time and recently the hot water has been out for extended periods of time every few months.

|Recommended: YesErica is the best — I gave them very little notice I had to move in, but Erica did everything possible to make it happen. She took many hours with no notice to make my move in process go smoothly. She is an absolute gem and I would recommend these apartments purely based on how helpful she was. 11 10
