|Recommended: YesSo Happy We Moved Here — While no apt complex is going to be perfect', I've found this complex to be exactly what I've been wanting for a long while now. While the buildings themselves are a little older, they are all in great shape far as I can tell and the maintenance team does a great job with the grounds. The neighbors and office staff are pleasant as well.

|Recommended: YesBest Place To Live. — Never had any complaints living here, really. Only disappointment is that rent renewal went up 10 which is the most I've ever seen it go up, but I am still deciding to stay because it is such a great place to live.

|Recommended: NoToo Many Issues — Too many things go wrong. Lots of the apartments need major overhauls. The laundry rooms function only half the time and recently the hot water has been out for extended periods of time every few months.

She took many hours with no notice to make my move in process go smoothly. She is an absolute gem and I would recommend these apartments purely based on how helpful she was. 11 10

|Recommended: YesBeen Here A Long Time. — Pluses -- the staff has been great overall. 2 not so much, but they are long gone Repairs are always handled quickly. The location is a big plus.
Minuses -- It can get loud at times, but noise complaints are taken seriously by staff. except pool I understand kids being excited, but why do adults have to scream just because they're near water

|Recommended: YesNo Hot Tub But The Maintenance Is Worth It — I usually would not think of renting from an apartment without a hot tub but when I was last looking for a place several options fell through and so I picked this apt because of its location. My first year here the Maintenance was so fast and the staff so kind that I scrapped my original plan of moving and decided to stay. I have now lived in these apts for almost 4 years and not once have I had a maintenance issue go unresolved for more than 24 hours and if I notice the issue in the morning it is almost always resolved same day.
