|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — Our experience with Woodchase so far has been excellent I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the maintenance staff has been promo amd superb Issues have been dealt with immediately I highly recommend Woodchase . The grounds are quiet and exceptionally maintained with beautiful trees. Although the apartments are older they are excellently maintained. It is time to replace the cabinets though.

|Recommended: YesLovely, Quiet Apartment Complex — I have lived at this facility for 8 months and have loved this apartment complex. When I first moved in, I met so many great neighbors that were friendly and had lived here a long time. Throughout this time, it had been very peaceful and quiet. I love the grounds and the trees. Every time I have worked with the staff they have always been friendly and easy to work with. I definitely would recommend this complex. It is safe, convenient to so many places in Austin and a lovely place to live.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartments — Most definitely recommend living here My first apartment with my kids which they enjoy and everything always has been done in a timely manner as far as maintenance repairs I’ve needed even down to management. Everyone is really kind and professional, They are always on top of it Couldn’t say I had any major issues living here going on a year.

What can I say about this complex is that it's a Great location, great people , great rooms , great pricing , The swimming pool is exquisite , but Over All ........ Great Staff The Staff here are VERY Nice, and will tend to your needs They work with you and Know how to put a smile on your face I can see myself here for a Good while because of Them Keep Up the Good Work and Woodchase staff

|Recommended: YesTransferred Apts And Now Love It Again. — My partner and I had lived here for 2 years with it being pretty quiet all around. That's why we wanted to live here in the first place. It was quiet, peaceful, and everyone we met was kind for the most part. But neighbors can make or break a living situation anywhere you are. We had some incidents with neighbors in regard to noise levels and we were honestly considering leaving when our renewal came up but we had just re-signed and were two months into our new lease. We approached the office staff, Desiree and Iris, about the issues and they jumped on the noise complaints and began looking into them right away. With only so much they could do themselves, the issues continued even after their warnings and attempts to reach the neighbors. We went to them again and inquired about breaking our lease if this persisted but Desiree offered us a solution of moving to a new apt and since rates had dropped recently we got a reduced rate much lower then when we re-signed. We still had to pay some new deposits but that was understandable since it was a new apt and transfer. Since moving to our new apt we have regained the peace and reasons we had to live here in the first place. And Desiree and Iris were very kind and so helpful during this process. If anyone else was in that office I'm not sure we would have stayed.
Sure there are things that have happened with the property, water heater issues, building issues, etc. but the complex is over 30 years old and over the last year they have been very diligent in working to get this property up to speed and code, and if things continue this way I can see us continuing to stay for quite some time.

Thanks to Olivio for keeping the property Well maintenance along with my new apartment No issues with parking no issues with laundry or anything else. Very clean property And convenient to stores I shop daily

|Recommended: NoAs a longtime resident I'm surprised Churchill Properties pulled a fast one on me I was told by 2 people in office I could get a special offered move and get a free months rent After I picked the apt and paid movers I was told by offsite manager that the special wasn't offered to reliable residents, only to those who have NEVER LIVED HERE. -- Can you get more shady
